Peanut-Butter Choc Cups

Scrumptious mouthfuls of deliciousness; these are tasty little treats.

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Ingredient List:

1 ½ sheets of shortcrust pastry

24 dark-chocolate melts

½ cup of smooth peanut butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 390◦F.

Grease 2 x 12-hole muffin trays.

Slice 24 rounds of pastry and press them into each muffin hole.

Pop 1 tsp. of peanut butter in each case and place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Add a chocolate melt on the top of each tart and return them to the oven until the chocolate melts.

Mmm…it smells amazing!
